The Tourism Club of JNV Rohtak organized a quiz competition to educate students about popular destinations. The event aimed to increase awareness and knowledge about different tourist spots, fostering a sense of curiosity and exploration among the participants. The competition encouraged students to learn and appreciate the diversity of popular travel destinations.

An educational trip was planned for all the sections of class VIII&IX to enhance as well as to make them familiar with the historical sites of Dehradun. In this regard, all the sections of the said class visited the following places of repute and historical background- SUBIR RAHA OIL MUSEUM TEL BHAWAN, ONGC - The students were greeted by Mr. K V Vinod (DGM, ONGC Museum). He gave a brief description of the museum and the motive of ONGC. They elaborated on each minute detail of the museum. The students were made aware of the process of oil findings, drilling, and extraction of the crude oil as well as the history of this museum and the contribution of our late Prime Minister Jawaharlal Nehru as well as ShSubirRaha (Former MD of Indian Oil Corporation). The students also had a brainstorming session about the sustainability of the fuel and preserving the same for future generations also. FOREST RESEARCH INSTITUTE DEHRADUN -The students of class IX were taken to the historical site of this magnificent building called FRI. It was founded in 1878 by Dr. Brandis to provide the forest department students a school so that they can learn and study forestry, he further appealed to the Indian Government to set up an entire institute, therefore in 1878 The Gov of India decided to set up a forest college in Dehradun.FRI was listed in the Guinness Book of World Records as the largest purely brick structure in the world. The great Indian Revolutionary leader Rash Behari Bose worked at FRI for eight years. The trip was beneficial for the students to understand the architecture as well as the historical aspect of it.

Ministry of Tourism, Government of India (Northern Region - Jaipur) organized Drawing / Poster Making Competition on 23rd May, 2023 for the members of Yuva Tourism Club of Subodh Public School, Jaipur under Ek Bharat Shreshtha Bharat with the object to generate awareness regarding the EBSB concept of Government of India. Around 50 students of class IXth & Xth enthusiastically participated in the competition. The participants made beautiful drawing of tourist attractions of both pairing states. Winners were awarded with the prize.

Celebrating the International Year of Millets, Ministry of Tourism, Government of India (Northern Region - Jaipur) organized Speech Competition on the subject “Why Millets are good for food security, nutrition and sustainable agriculture” on 23rd May, 2023 for the members of Yuva Tourism Club of Subodh Public School, Jaipur. The participants showcased their creativity and knowledge on the subject. Mrs. Kamaljeet Yadav Principal, Mrs. Asha Negi Coordinator YTC and other faculty members of school were present during the competition. The objective of organizing this competition was to make aware the students regarding health benefits of Millets. Around 150 students of class XIth & XIIth participated in the competition. Winners were awarded with the prize.

ITO Varanasi office launched the formation of “Yuva Tourism Club” in Institute of Tourism Studies (ITS), University of Lucknow. In a beautiful inaugural event of initiation of 'Yuva Tourism Club over 100 students along with Nodal officer Dr Anupama Srivastava, Yuva Tourism Club, Institute of Tourism Studies, Tourism officials and other dignitaries graced the occasion by their presence. A motivational speech tourism awareness was delivered by J K Rai, President, Tourist Guide Association (TGA), Varanasi. Multiple cultural performances like Saraswati Vandana, classical dance and nukkad natak were nicely fitted in between. The amazing performance of "Nukkad Natak" by newly formed YTC Students was based on the themes like "Atithi Dev Bhavah" & " awareness on how to behave with foreign tourists"
