Kendriya Vidyalaya SSB Gwaldam (Uttarakhand) organized a painting competition on the theme of "Tourism in Uttarakhand". The competition was organized by the Yuva Tourism Club, a student-led club that promotes tourism awareness among young people. The competition was open to all students of Kendriya Vidyalaya SSB Gwaldam. The students were asked to paint a picture depicting any tourist destination in Uttarakhand. The paintings were judged on the basis of creativity, originality, and technical skill.

Students of Government Model High School Chandigarh Sector 17 were taken to the Chandigarh's Oldest police station – the city is less than 60 years old but the first police station in this area was constructed hundred years ago. It was constructed during the British period. The station was named ‘CHANDIGARH’ by the first president Dr. Rajendra Prasad in 1950. This police station was renamed as ‘Traffic Police Station’ in 1994.

Yuva Tourism club was officially inaugurated in GMSSS S16D Chandigarh. In presence of the respected principal of the school Smt. Bhavneet Kaur, On the special occasion the YTC Secretary, Gen Secretary, Executive members were appointed. Also a poster making activity was conducted in guidance by the teacher in charge for YTC Mr. Simranjit Singh. A special lecture session on tourism was taken by Mr. Rajinder Kumar along with Mr. Simranjit for the Yuva tourism club students of the school.

Stepping Stones School Chandigarh. The celebration of Van Mahotsav Week at Stepping Stones School was an ideal opportunity to instill personal and social responsibility in our students towards safeguarding trees and forests. To celebrate Van Mahotsav, our students participated in various activities conducted in a weeklong event. 1)Role play Medicinal plants have been a vital source of both curative and preventive medicinal preparations for consumption by human beings. These plants are globally valuable sources of herbal products, but sadly enough, they are disappearing at a high speed. 1)Grade 9 Students presented a Role Play on the importance of various medicinal plants in the morning assembly. 2)Parivartan : a plantation drive Our 125 students participated in a massive plantation drive at City park Mohali along with the CRPF BN13 . After the plantation drive the students also visited the "Parivartan : Home and Garden exhibition" inaugurated by Ms. Kamal Sisodiya (CCD). She motivated students to indulge more and more into plantation drive .

In the month of July 23, our student (JNV, Rudrapur) went to Kerala, and proceed from JNV Rudrapur on 29th June on an AC bus to Delhi, from there we boarded Mangla Express, From time to time I also keep on telling the students about all these during the Journey. The student enjoyed the lot during the journey. When we entered JNV Idukki, student of JNV Idukki warmly welcomed us. Our student who were feeling homesick and tired after a long 2-day journey now started smiling and become relaxed and happy by the gesture of a student of Idduki. 23 of our students allotted different houses there so that every student mix up with students of Kerala. Our principal mam strictly instructed students to note down their experience of the journey, diffrent state from where the train will go, their tradition, culture, their eating habits, languages. Diffrent types of vegetation, languages, etc.

All students will get information about the culture, food habits, lifestyle, and cultural heritage during their visit.

Kendriya Vidyalaya SSB Gwaldam organized a Yoga Day event to celebrate the 8th anniversary of the United Nations' declaration of International Yoga Day. The event was held at the school premises and was attended by students, teachers, and members of the local community. The event then proceeded with a series of yoga asanas, led by a team of experienced yoga instructors. The students and teachers enthusiastically participated in the asanas, and they were also given a brief explanation of the benefits of each pose. The event concluded with a session of Pranayama, or breath control exercises. The students and teachers learned how to control their breath in a way that would help them to relax and improve their focus. The International Yoga Day event at Kendriya Vidyalaya SSB Gwaldam was a great success. It was a reminder of the many benefits that yoga can offer, and it also helped to promote the practice of yoga in the local community.
