Yuva Tourism club student of GMSSS Sector 26 Chandigarh were taken for an educational trip to the children's traffic park sector 23, Where the students got to learn the information's related to the traffic rules regulations and a informative session was taken by the traffic incharge police officer.

Study Tour

Yuva Tourism club students of SHS School Chandigarh visited the Le Corbusier museum. Corbusier is extensively known as the town planner of Chandigarh in the history of architecture in India. The old Architects office currently named Le Corbusier Centre and is one of the earliest buildings constituted in Chandigarh. The museum was a workplace of Le Corbusier and his team, building is of immense historic value to Chandigarh. The modest structure of building may well be considered as a seminal attempt at introducing concepts of sustainability and green Architecture in the architectural annals of Modern India. The students of Yuva tourism club got the exposure and knowledge as to how one of the earliest planned cities in the post independent India was built and its architecture and urban design.

Jashn-e-Azaadi- Independence.

In 2023, India has marked 76 years of freedom from the British rule- a significant milestone in the country. Independence Day is celebrated with pomp and show accross the nation and by Indians accross the globe! It is a reminder of the struggles that won us our liberation from the British Raj after nearly two centuries, the sacrifices made by the leaders, the freedom fighters who laid their lives to win independence and more. Jashn-e-Azaadi- Independence Day Celebration Week was observed by the Middle Department, Bal Bharati Public School, Ganga Ram Hospital Marg, New Delhi. A series of activities were planned for the learners where they enthusiastically participated in Character Dramatisation, Writing on the Graffiti Wall, Role Play. The celebrations have culminated today, on 15th August, 2023 with the flag hoisting ceremony in the school premises. Please find attached a few pictures of the celebrations. The Yuva Tourism Club of IHM, PUSA, New Delhi enthusiastically engaged in the # Har GharTiranga campaign. Faculty, Students and Staff actively participated by clicking selfies with the Indian flag and uploading them onto the campaign's website. This initiative not only displayed their patriotism but also promoted a strong sense of national unity and identity among the youth.
