The YTC members of the International Institute of Hotel Management (IIHM- Delhi) organized a significant event during World Tourism Week-2023. The event, a Graffiti Competition, was conducted under the banner of our "Yuva Tourism Club," and it brought together a diverse group of young students and enthusiasts to celebrate the spirit of tourism and cultural diversity. The Graffiti Competition took place today, and it was a part of our efforts to promote tourism awareness among the youth and engage them in creative activities related to tourism. The event was open to students from different years, and it aimed to encourage participants to express their vision of tourism through vibrant and eye-catching graffiti art. The participants displayed exceptional creativity and talent, producing stunning artworks that depicted various aspects of tourism, such as cultural heritage, natural beauty, and the importance of responsible tourism. The event was not only a visual treat for the spectators but also served as an educational platform where participants learned about the significance of sustainable tourism.

'Overflowing Nonstop Amazing Moments', yes true to this creative interpretation, our Tourism club made our Onam celebration festival vibrant. Following programmes were organised by the club. The traditional flower carpet was decorated with flowers from Thovalai flower market. Our kids also collected flowers from the neighbourhood to adorn the school. Vamanan and Mahabali were brought alive via fancy dressing of kids.Teachers treated the kids with their Thiruvathirakali dance number. Tug-of-war was the sports event and created a lot of energy.Onam is incomplete without payasam, which added to our post lunch appetite. Kids gave back their love to the teachers via their vocal chord exhibition of Onam songs. On the whole, vibe was added to vim, vigour and vitality!

As part of the Yuva Tourism Club activities, ITO Bengaluru office organized the Bengaluru City Walk for Yuva Tourism Club Members. The city walk started at Bengaluru's iconic building Vidhana Soudha and concluded at Cubbon Park. The main objective of the city walk was to provide an enriching and immersive tourism experience that deepened the understanding of the city's historical, cultural, and architectural significance. More than 30 Yuva Tourism Club Members from Bengaluru participated in the event.

Ministry of Tourism, Government of India, Bengaluru Office, celebrated the 9th International Day of Yoga on 21st June, with great zeal and enthusiasm at the Dwaraka Auditorium, RUAS, Bengaluru. The event was organized in association with M.S. Ramaiah University of Applied Sciences (RUAS). The Mass Yoga Demonstration saw more than 500 Yoga enthusiasts having an immersive experience of Yoga. Students from M.S.Ramiah University, as well as Yuva Tourism Club members from across Bengaluru, matched asanas with other tourism stakeholders.
