YTC of Government College Daman hosted a Poster poster-making competition on Travel for LiFE with a theme of Promoting Environmental sustainability. The members actively participated in the painting competition. The winners have been nominated.
Dadra & Nagar Haveli and Daman & Diu view allThe Students of Yuva Tourism Club Manjula High School and Shantiniketan High School from Hyderabad took the Travel For LiFE pledge during their visit to Travel and Tourism Fair (TTF - 2023) happened at Novotel HICC on 9th & 10th September 2023. The students interacted with officials, stakeholders ,visited various tourism department stalls and enquired about the tourist places.

The students performed inaugural pushpanjali dance and other tradition dances Bathukamma, Bonalu etc . Travel Trade from Telangana across India officials of Tourism & Culture Department saw the cultural performances and appreciated the students.
Telangana view allOn 18th September 2023, Ministry of Tourism Govt of India, North organised a travel for Life pledge ceremony at the Govt. Degree College Kupwara (Boys) by the Yuva Tourism Club in collaboration of the NSS Unit of the college. The event was graced by the presence of Principal of the College, Professor Mohammad Shafi Lone, Lecturer Tourism and Travel Management Mr. Firdous Ahmad Shah NSS(Boys) wing coordinator & YTC coordinator, Dr. Abdul Rashid Shiekh, Dr. Shazia NSS(Girls) wing coordinator and other departments of the college. The Yuva Tourism Club of the college was deliberated upon the importance of Tourism and the Ethical Practices to be followed by the Travelers when they visit any tourist destination. Students and the Faculty Members took the pledge as directed by the Ministry of Tourism as a part of World tourism day week.
Jammu & Kashmir view allUnder the aegis of Ministry of Tourism, Yuva Tourism Club of NC Jindal Public School, Punjabi Bagh, New Delhi, celebrated National Dance Day on 16th September . Talented students of YTC showcased their appreciation through dance sketches , A dazzling dance performance was given by yuva tourism club student Rishita Bagga on the theme "vasudhaiv Kutumbakam". Our Kathak experts also introduced Students with the movement of body in a rhythmic way, with music and within a given space, students learnt, dance is done for the purpose of expressing an idea or emotion, releasing energy, or simply taking delight in the movement itself.
Delhi view allYuva Tourism Club of NC Jindal Public School, Punjabi Bagh, New Delhi, performed “Swachhta Pakhwada” with full zeal and enthusiasm. Students of YTC encouraged all the students from classes Pre School to classXII to participate actively in ‘Swachhata Shapath’. It culminated with a strong message that ‘ Environmental cleanliness’ is a prime priority which should be taken care of ! Activities including Poster making and online Quizzes were conducted to educate students about cleanliness and hygienic practices. An exhibition within the school ground was organised to Educate students about the elimination of Single Use Plastic and alleviating plastic pollution while adhering to the 3 R (Reduce, Reuse, and Recycle) principle. Debate and elocution, model making etc.were organised to create awareness among the students. Student,s active participation strengthened the power of collective action in achieving the broader goals of Swachhta Abhiyaan.
Delhi view allSWACHHATA PAKHWADA has done a commendable job to make people aware about cleanliness to be followed at every walk of life. Related to this, various activities were organised through out the country. It was a great opportunity for students of Kamal Model Sr. Sec. School member of Yuva Tourism Club who contributed their bit by participating in the same. Students participated enthusiastically in essay writing competitions. Throughout the programme, students were made aware about the cleanliness drive by different fun methods. Students were very grateful of being a part of the same. It proved to be a memorable programme for the enthusiastic students who participated.
Delhi view allKendriya Vidyalaya Gopeshwar Uttarakhand organized a quiz competition under the Yuva Tourism Club.In the preliminary round, the students were asked questions on a variety of topics related to tourism, such as the history of tourism, different types of tourism, popular tourist destinations, and the importance of tourism.The quiz competition was a great success and the students had a lot of fun participating. The competition helped the students to learn more about tourism and its importance. It also helped them to develop their quizzing skills and their competitive spirit.
Uttarakhand view allITO Bengaluru office in association with KSTDC organized "Chinnara darshana" Bengaluru City tour for the students of Yuva Tourism Club, Kendriya Vidyalaya & MEG Center Bangalore on World Tourism Day and AKAM Tourism Iconic Week 2022. As a part of the tour, YUVA tourism club members visited various iconic monuments & museums of Namma Bengaluru. This event is organized to educate students about the history, culture, infrastructure, and more about the city of Namma Bengaluru. Karnataka Tourism Society supports the event.

The Students made different kinds of Creatives and bookmarks to showcase the various tourist attractions and lesser known destinations.
Telangana view allAs part of Swachhta Action Plan program (SAP)Yuva Tourism Club National Institute of Tourism and Hospitality Management, Hyderabad organised a SAP activity at Shilparamam Arts and Crafts village in Hyderabad on 2nd September, 2023. During this SAP activity, students engaged in various initiatives aimed at promoting cleanliness and environmental awareness. They performed Nukkad Natak (street theater) and danced to effectively convey the message of the "No Plastic" campaign. Additionally, the students conducted a Swachhta awareness survey, gathering valuable feedback from the visitors.
Telangana view allMinistry of Tourism, Government of India, Silvassa Office hosted Warli Art Workshop for the Yuva Tourism Club of Government Higher Secondary School, Dudhani Village, UT of Dadra Nagar Haveli and Daman Diu on 13th September 2023. The workshop was conducted as a part of the Travel for LiFE activity under the theme “Safeguarding Culture and Traditions” and in line with the World Tourism Day theme (Tourism and Green Investment). The workshop was conducted by the Warli Artist Mr. Chandrakhant Mahala, a Warli artist from DNH. Around 50 students participated in the workshop and created beautiful art. The best 3 artworks have been shortlisted and students were honoured with Incredible India Souvenirs by Tourism Manager and Principal of GHS School Dudhani to the Students. The Warli art is based on the concept of Mother Nature and the elements of nature are often kept in focus. Since farming is the tribe's main way of living, they have immense respect for nature and wildlife for the resources that they provide. Dudhani Village is a famous destination for rural tourism in the Dadra Nagar Haveli district of UT of DNH & DD and also Warli Community. You can take a trip to visit the Warli heartland of DNH, only a few hours from Silvassa.
