Ministry of Tourism’ Northern Region (Varanasi office) launched today the formation of “Yuva Tourism Club” in Seth Anadram Jaipuria School, Tarna, Varanasi on 12th may, 2023. In a beautiful inaugural event of ‘Yuva Tourism Club' Approx.100 students along with Principal, YTC Coordinator, teachers, Tourism officials and other digniteries graced this event by their presence. Recently Ministry of Jal Shakti has declared the 75 Water Heritage Structures across the country. The Ministry of Tourism organised a plantation program at these Water Heritage sites on 31st July 2023 through its branch office. Indiatourism Silvassa, Ministry of Tourism, Govt of India hosted plantation program near water body at Luhari in the district of Dadra Nagar Haveli for the Yuva Tourism Clubs of Silvassa and the youths of UT of Dadra Nagar Haveli and Daman Diu.

On the the occasion of National Handlooms Day, Yuva Tourism Club members of Ratnam High School, Nellore visited Paturu village which is abode of Handloom weavers. Paturu silk sarees are woven in this village are very famous in India. Club members learnt about the methods of yarning thread, weaving and coloring.
