IndiaTourism Mumbai, Ministry of Tourism, Government of India , along with Patnjali, Mumbai Port Trust, and Ministry of Textile, orchestrated a grand International Day of Yoga event at Mumbai's iconic Gateway of India. Over 2000 participants joined, including Hon'ble Chief Minister of Maharashtra Sri Eknath Shinde and Hon'ble Deputy Chief Minister Sri Devendra Fadnavis, who encouraged embracing yoga for fitness and national service. Special thanks to Yuva Tourism Clubs for their enthusiastic participation. Yuva Tourism Clubs of Garware Institute of Career education and Development turned out in large numbers to celebrate the IDY 2024.

Yuva Tourism Club of J.M Rathi English School & Junior college celebrated New Year of Maharashtrian community, Gudi padwa on 16 April 2024.The students were informed about the importance of gudi padwa. It is first day of New Year. Gudi Padwa falls on the first day of the Chaitra month in the lunisolar Hindu calendar, generally around March-end or April-start. It marks the beginning of a fresh year for Maharashtrians and Konkani Hindus. A key feature is the Gudi Dhaja, a bright cloth adorned with neem leaves, garlands, and a sugar crystal canopy, displayed outside homes to ward off evil and bring good luck. here are street gatherings, dancing, and special festive foods enjoyed by the community. It might also commemorate the start of the Shalivahan calendar, established after a victory over the Huns in the 1st century.Gudi Padwa is a joyous occasion that welcomes spring, celebrates new beginnings, and strengthens community bonds.the students participated with enthusiasm. Students presented a skit to display the significance of the day.

Yova Tourism Club of J.M Rathi English School & Junior college Celebrated Yoga International day On the 21th june. 280 student took part in this celebration.10 Ashana were performed by students.Vrjarasan, padmasan, suryanamaskar, etc. Physical teachers informed importance of yoga for good helth. he informed following importance points Enhanced Circulation, Improves Posture, Lowered Blood Pressure, Reduces Stress, Increases Strength. We have planted tress of Mangos, lemons, Banyan. We also informed student at home you have to plant one tree. The 10th International Day of Yoga (IDY) was observed in Raipur Institute of Technology, Raipur by the Yuva Tourism Club (YTC) members alongwith other students in the presence of Honrable Secretary Sir, Principal sir, YTC Co-ordinators and faculties. During the session, Yoga exercises/aasanas were performed by the members of YTC along with other students. Physical Education Teacher guided students performing Yoga as Yoga Guru.
