March 11th, 2023 Attendees-10 Beneficiaries-10 Yuva Tourism Club in collaboration with Student United Way of H.R. College had set up a stall at "BAZAAR'23" An event organised by GEMS club of H.R College which serves as a platform for building entrepreneurs to display their business skills. It was a great opportunity for students to showcase about their products or services and engage with potential customers. It was a great success for all the students who had been a part of this shortest entrepreneurial journey. And a special thanks to our Faculty In-charge Prof. Faaiz Patel & Prof. Mamta Shukla who has been a great support and guidance throughout the event.

Date: 28th February, 2023 Attendee: 45 Beneficiaries: 43 With the aim to create awareness and increase production & consumption of millets, United Nations, at the behest of the Government of India, declared 2023 as the International Year Millets. On 28th February, 2023, members of Yuva Tourism Club of HR College with club’s incharge Prof. Faaiz Patel & Prof. Poonam Jain & Mr. Pratik Savant got the opportunity to be a part of an amazing “Workshop of Millets” with Mr. Jerson Fernandes, Executive Chef, Novotel at IIT BOMBAY, Powai. Indiatourism Mumbai in association with Indian Institute of Technology Bombay engaged with college students of Mumbai to spread awareness about millets to celebrate the International Year of Millets and Yuva Tourism Clubs of seven colleges of Mumbai came together in IIT Bombay to participate in a workshop. The workshop became lively with interesting information, innovation and spot quiz. IHM Mumbai contributed through ragi cookies to inspire the theme.

Date: 30 th January, 2023 Attendee: 2 Beneficiaries: 2 Mumbai is the center of Cruise Tourism in India and cruise ships are docking with tourists from abroad in Mumbai Port. India Tourism, Ministry of Tourism, Government of India has introduced the members of Yuva Tourism Club to Cruise Tourism by exposing them to the actual docking station of the cruises where they were a part of welcoming group of the passengers. On 30th January, 2023, two members of Yuva Tourism Club got the opportunity to be a part of the cruise crew; Ms. Aashna Shaikh and Ms. Shiza Nayyer (Third Year - Tourism & Hospitality Management) were assigned to the cruise named “Costa Delisouza" The students of our Yuva Tourism Club (Y.T.C.) were introduced to Cruise Tourism by exposing them to the actual docking station of the cruises early morning where our students welcomed the group of passengers and interacted with cruise staff.

on 18th april 2024 our institiute commemorated world heritage day with vibrant showcase of punjabi culture highlighting the region rich traditions art forms and culinary heritage. The event aimed to raise awareness about the imporatnce of preserving and promoting cultural diversity particularly focusing on punjabs unique contribution to indians cultural tapestry. At that time we embraced the rich traditions of punjab with punjabi themed lunch. restaurant was adorned with colourful decor inspired by punjabs vibrant culture creating festive ambiance that transported guests to the heart of the punjab.

On the occasion of International Women's Day i.e 08/03/2024, YTC members along with other students of IHM Raipur performed a mob show and drama based on Hotel Management Awareness at Magneto Mall, Raipur, which was highly appreciated by all. Information on career opportunities was shared and students including women distributed bakery items muffins made at IHM Raipur Bakery Lab.

As a part of the study, final year civil diploma students having a group of 6 made a project report for renovation of 400-year-old Hathila Hanuman Temple at Vadi. The time duration was from December 2023 to March 2024. They learn about construction materials used years ago and now they have been renovated. They have observed very tiny bricks as compared to today’s bricks. They are learning about scaffolding, plastering, strengthening of pillars and all the things which are required for construction work right from fund management, estimation of work, Planning, management of putting materials, resource allocation and approval from the local bodies. All these procedures they have observed during their project work period of three months.
