International Women's Day was celebrated at Monnet DAV Public school, Raipur to felicitate the role of women's in giving a shape to the society and the world on 9th March,2024. The Yuva Club members at the Faculty of Law, The Maharaja Sayajirao University of Baroda, got together on February 8, 2024, to celebrate "Meri Mati Mera Desh" by putting together the "Panch Pran Pledge" event. The goal of this project was to show how deeply people are connected to their country, and both students and faculty members got involved. People who came reaffirmed their dedication to the ideas of patriotism and national unity through a number of educational and ceremonial events. It was a time for serious conversation and symbolic actions that brought the academic community together and gave them a feeling of pride and loyalty

Educational Study Tour…Dr. Baba Saheb Ambedkar Open University and Doordarshan, Ahmedabad Students and Teachers of Faculty of Performing Arts, The Maharaja Sayajirao University of Baroda took off for an educational visit at Dr. Baba Saheb Ambedkar Open University and Doordarshan, Ahmedabad on 4th March, 2024. Students got an opportunity to know about curricular, infrastructure, overall teaching-learning methods, etc. of Dr. Baba Saheb Ambedkar Open University. Their interaction with students and Staff of the same was appreciable. It was a good exchange of knowledge and information. At Doordarshan, Expert technical staff introduced our students with different technical aspects of recording and broadcasting. It was worth understanding for their musical career. Through this educational tour, we could also inspire, make students aware about and develop soft skills like team-work, management, leadership, etc. Total 90 students participated in this tour accompanied by 8 teachers.

"SIMCHA SPECTACLE: A DAY OF THRILLS, LAUGHTER, AND LASTING BONDS FOR SENIOR STUDENTS" In an extraordinary display of enthusiasm and camaraderie, SIMCHA Adventure Island graciously welcomed the senior students from classes XI and XII of SICA S. S. School, Scheme No. 78, setting the stage for a day of pure exhilaration on 2nd February 2024. Departing from the school at 9:15 a.m. in four buses, the vibrant spirit of the students erupted into song and dance, creating an infectious atmosphere of joy. The day commenced with a striking group photograph captured at the entrance of SIMCHA, setting the tone for an unforgettable adventure. A delectable breakfast of poha, jalebi, and steaming hot tea further fueled the excitement of the spirited team, comprised of 190 students, 14 teachers, and the beloved Vice-principal, Mrs. Rajini Upreti. Immersing themselves in a myriad of thrilling activities, including cycling, Panda Ride, Zip Line, High Rope Course, Bungee Jumping, Trampoline, and many more, the team embarked on a journey to break free from the mundane routine. The day unfolded with an array of adventures, offering not only physical challenges but also fostering teamwork, communication, and a renewed sense of energy. A midday break provided the perfect opportunity to recharge with a scrumptious lunch, setting the stage for an afternoon filled with more laughter and merriment. The air resonated with the beats of the DJ, as students and teachers alike danced to tunes that added vibrant hues to the already colorful day. As the sun set on this remarkable day, the team bade farewell to SIMCHA Adventure Island, carrying with them shared memories and strengthened bonds. This escapade not only provided a respite from the routine but also served as a canvas for creating lasting memories and nurturing a dynamic team spirit. SIMCHA Adventure Island stands as a testament to the power of joy, adventure, and collective experiences in shaping unforgettable moments.

On the National Science Day, the commemoration of the discovery of Raman Effect, Raja Ramanna Centre of Advanced Technology (RRCAT), Indore opened its hi-tech zone for students of various schools in Indore. Twelve science enthusiasts of class XI along with two teachers of SICA 78 were privileged to visit the advanced research centre and laboratory of RRCAT on 24th February 2024. While the Centre is celebrating its 40th year of establishment, it has come up with the theme of "Indigenous Technologies for Viksit Bharat", ensuring an unparalleled contribution in nation's development. A group comprising 12 students from each of the three branches of SICA, accompanied by six teachers, started their exciting journey to RRCAT from SICA 54 at 7:00 a.m. by bus. Under strict vigilance, ensuring safety and security, the team was accompanied by a volunteer Mr. Manoj Kumar Neema who guided them throughout the visit. Creating the ambience of a picnic on the lap of nature, the vast campus of RRCAT welcomed the students with a delicious breakfast. An opening ceremony was conducted in the elaborative Convention Centre to introduce the students to the theme and motto of the centre. Officiating Director of RRCAT Mr. Purushottam Shrivastava addressed the students and enhanced their scientific temperament. The centre demonstrated around 40 exhibits in two segments (one in the Convention Centre and the other in its various laboratories) which opened the doors of curiosity, exploration and learning in the young minds. The exhibits in the Convention Centre included uses of optical fibre for fire detection, oncoscope for oral cancer detection, wireless electrical power transmission, photon counting instrumentation, optical tweezers and many more.The inquisitive students actively participated in the exhibition by asking queries. After enjoying a scrumptious lunch in the lake view ambience, the group proceeded for the visit of different labs. The students were introduced to unlimited scope and uses of liquid nitrogen and Laser light, unique features of glass, demonstration of fire extinguisher, Faraday's law of electro magnetic induction, magnetic levitation vehicles, etc. The curiosity seekers found themselves irresistibly drawn to the exhibits, their legs tethered by the allure of knowledge. In the presence of captivating displays, they inquisitively posed one question after another, surprising the organisers. Three students of SICA 78- Laxita Dode, Avni Balsare and Eshika Tripathi were rewarded with a beautiful pen for their innovative questions. The awe-inspiring exhibits pointed towards the limitless possibilities of science and technology for India's future development. At 5:30 p.m., the team bid farewell to the campus, carrying with them a tapestry of enriching experiences and innovative ideas. In the wake of their departure, they found themselves captivated by the enchanting magic and awe-inspiring might of science.

Teachers and students of faculty of Performing celebrated "Meri Mati Mera Desh", on 26th February 2024, in which students performed a Classical Vocal Music and Classical Instrumental Music based on Classical Raga's i.e Desh, Yaman Kalyan(Indian National Anthem is based on this raga), Bageshri, kafi, Nand etc. through this Musical performances we try to Encourage the Youth to embrace the ideals of cultural exchange, sustainable travel, and responsible tourism. In still a sense of curiosity and respect for diverse cultures, emphasizing the importance of leaving a positive impact on local communities and the environment. Foster a spirit of adventure, openness, and a commitment to promoting the rich heritage and natural beauty of India while fostering global connections.

Our College SGOI,COE, Belhe organized Cleanliness Drive under Swachhata hi Seva Programmed on the occasion of Mahatma Gandhi Jayanti. The main purpose of this programme was to create awareness among the students regarding Cleanliness and its benefits. Under this programme, all the students from Yuva Parytan Club to participated and Even teachers were the essential part of this drive. As a part of this Cleanliness Drive, we had to clean the premises of Rajuri (Unchakhadak).
