On the occasion of National Youth Day, Chhattisgarh Nodal Office of the Ministry of Tourism, organized Raipur Heritage Walk for the Yuva Tourism Club members of Amity University, Raipur. This event aimed to immerse 30 young participants in the rich cultural history of their region. The purpose of this tour is to experience the unprecedented history and importance of the Indian vernacular architecture of Raipur, the capital city of Chhattisgarh. Starting from Lily Chowk and traversing through significant sites like Naagridas Temple, Baaoliwaale Hanuman Ji, Jaitu Sao Math, Jagannath Temple, and Turi Hatri. During the event a session is being conducted featuring information about the great importance of Swami Vivekanand’s thoughts and ideals among the youth in the country today. YTC members were holding placards and posters of National Youth Day. The initiative not only educated the students about their city's heritage but also nurtured a deeper cultural appreciation among them.

On the occasion of World Hindi Day, the Yuva Tourism Club, IIIT Naya Raipur has successfully hosted an event named Masti Ki Mehfil at IIIT Naya Raipur. The occasion featured an informative session on the significance of World Hindi Day, accompanied by fun and engaging games. These included, Hindi Paheliya (Riddles), Hindi tongue twisters, English to Hindi word translation game and a quiz game at the end. The participants have shown enthusiasm in testing their command and knowledge of Hindi and its significance in daily life and culture.

City Center Mall, Nashik Tour Summary: On February 8, 2024, the Yuva Tourism Club organized an educational Tour for 39 students and four staff along with the guidance of Principal Dr. M.R. Meshram and Vice-Principal Dr. S.S. Kadam. The Tour aimed to provide students with practical exposure to various historical and cultural tourist places. The journey commenced with a visit to the Shanti Krishna Museum of Money and History, where students had the opportunity to explore the exhibits and learn about the evolution of currency and historical artifacts related to finance. Next, the group proceeded to the Gokhale Education Society Campus in Nashik, The itinerary also included visits to the Yashwantrao Chavan Planetarium, Pandav Leni, Dadasaheb Phalke Smarak, and the City Center Mall in Nashik, offering students a diverse range of educational, cultural, and recreational experiences. Overall, the Tour was a resounding success, providing students with valuable insights, practical knowledge, and memorable experiences beyond the confines of the classroom. Special thanks to the Ms.Satarupa Datta, Assistant director, India tourism Mumbai, Principal Dr. M.R. Meshram and Vice-Principal Dr. S.S. Report on Educational Excursion to Heritage walk at Raipur Chhattisgarh Members of YUVA Tourism Club along with other students of KV Cisf Bhilai went for a heritage walk to capital city Raipur ,Chhattisgarh on 9/2/24 under the leadership of Mrs Bhubaneshwari Principal of the Vidyalaya and Dr. Pankaj Shukla convenor of the club. The students went to Mahal wali maazar which was built after demolition of palace . There after students walked and reached Dattatreya temple and took blessings of the lord. Thereafter a walk led them to Narsinh temple where there were two forms of lord Vishnu , in two garbha griha for the king and queen separately. There was shree yantra in stone which was considered a positive location for meditation . This was known to instil positivity and energy in sages meditating there.Then a walk led the students Students enjoyed and observed carefully what they till now seen on television or have read in books. All this was well explained by the archeologist Mr Trivedi who accompanied the students for the walk. This was followed by visit to Vivekanand Sarovar where Students had discussions with the archeologist Mr Trivedi and enjoyed their lunch . Finally they thanked and bid farewell to the organisers Mr Mayank Dubey and madam Sharma of YUVA Tourism Club Chhattisgarh division and returned to Vidyalaya with life time memories .

Report on Educational Excursion to Vidhan Sabha Chhattisgarh Members of YUVA Tourism Club along with other students of KV Cisf Bhilai went to Vidhan Sabha Chhattisgarh on 8/2/24 under the leadership of Mrs Bhubaneshwari Principal of the Vidyalaya and Dr. Pankaj Shukla convenor of the club. The students observed the proceedings of the Vidhan Sabha after going through strenuous security check. Students enjoyed and observed carefully what they till now seen on television or have read in books. This was followed by visit to central library and central hall which has oil paintings of national leaders . Students thereafter enjoyed their lunch and bid farewell to Vidhan Sabha and returned to Vidyalaya with life time memories .

The excursion aimed to enhance their understanding of various scientific phenomena through interactive exhibits and demonstrations. Participants eagerly engaged with the diverse array of displays, fostering curiosity and sparking intellectual inquiry. The visit not only provided valuable insights into the wonders of science but also fostered camaraderie among club members. Overall, the outing proved to be an enriching experience, further igniting the passion for scientific exploration within the Yuva Club community.

On 2nd February 2024 students from 9th class were taken to Marine Museum which us situated in Training Ship Rahaman campus. Students visited museum section wise. Students were divided in three groups by the curator. Activity was based on alphabets from A to Z. 26 Questions were given to each groups along with the clues. 26 questions had their answer on the photographs and models displayed. Students actively participated in the activity. They learned to coordinate with each other and worked as a team and found all the answer. Students enjoyed a lot and completed the activity enthusiastically.

A Series of Raipur Heritage walks is being conducted by the Indiatourism Raipur Office with the support of the Indiatourism Mumbai office, for the Yuva Tourism Club students of Chhattisgarh Region. 2nd February, 2024 marks the 3rd week of the Heritage Series, where the Yuva Tourism Club students of NIT Raipur participated in the event. The walk started from Lily Chowk and traversing through significant sites like Naagridas Temple, Baaoliwaale Hanuman Ji, Jaitu Sao Math, Jagannath Temple, and Turi Hatri.
