Following this, a "Travel for Life" event was organized to encourage students to embrace sustainable tourism principles. Additionally, a poster-making competition was held, allowing students to showcase their creativity while highlighting the significance of tourism. This multifaceted celebration not only fostered awareness about the tourism industry but also promoted responsible and mindful travel among the youth.

The Yuva Tourism Club of Sambhota Tibetan School marked World Tourism Day with a distinctive celebration. The Yuva Tourism Club of St. Thomas School, Shimla, embarked on an educational excursion to Rashtrapati Niwas in Mashobra, Shimla, organized by the India Tourism Field Office - Shimla. The students had the privilege of exploring this 173-year-old heritage monument with the guidance of knowledgeable experts. The event also included a meaningful Travel for Life pledge, emphasizing responsible tourism, and a cleanliness drive in the vicinity of the monument, contributing to the preservation of this historical gem.

On 27th September 2023, World tourism day, The Ministry of Tourism Govt of India, Field office - Srinagar (North region) organized travel for Life activities at the given destination by the ministry "Shri Mata Vaishno Devi, Katra". Students of Yuva Tourism club of Kendriya Vidyalaya, Jyotipuram, Reasi Jammu and Kashmir went to katra for the event. Students visited the holy temples, took travel for Life pledge, Swachchta pledge and spread awareness to the general public/tourists to maintain cleanliness and being a responsible tourist. The event was a great success, Mr. Dev Raj (Pgt) Co-Ordinator of YTC, along with Dharminder Rathore, Neha Sharma, Shipali Ramesh Kumar (sub staff) went along with the students and guided them about the event, importance of travel, sustainability, cleanliness in our lives.

On 27th September 2023, World tourism day, The Ministry of Tourism Govt of India, Field office - Srinagar (North region) organized travel for Life activities at the given destination by the ministry "Hazratbal Shrine, Srinagar". 180 Students of Yuva Tourism club of Linton Hall school, Srinagar, Jammu and Kashmir went to Hazratbal Shrine for the event. A heritage walk was organized with collaboration with an NGO Aabe Rawan (Downtown legacy tour) for the students to teach them about the cultural and rich diversity of our national heritage, Students took travel for Life pledge, Swachchta pledge and spread awareness to the general public/tourists to maintain cleanliness and being a responsible tourist. The event was a great success, Mr. Jerome Co-Ordinator of YTC, along with other teachers.

Students of Yuva Tourism club of Kendriya Vidyalaya No.1 Shivpora, Srinagar, Jammu and Kashmir visited Shankaracharya Temple for the event. A heritage walk was organized for the students to teach them about the cultural and rich diversity of our national heritage, Students took travel for Life pledge, Swachchta pledge and spread awareness to the general public/tourists to maintain cleanliness and being a responsible tourist. The event was a great success, Mr. Mukesh Co-Ordinator of YTC, along with Mr. Maninder Anand TGT PHE Mrs. NAZIA Pre-Primary Teacher went with the students to the venue.

The Ministry of Tourism, (Northern Region), Chandigarh conducted an exclusive event, A heritage walk in the UNESCO World heritage site, Capitol Complex Chandigarh with 30 Yuva Tourism club students of Ajit Karam Singh International Public School. The session began around 9.30am where all the students took a pledge for Travel for LiFE before starting the event. Starting the tourist information center of Chandigarh Tourism department the students had an experience to walk through the UNESCO world heritage site of Chandigarh, The Capitol Complex. The students had an experience of learning and understanding the history of Capitol complex which comprises three buildings, The Palace of Assembly or Legislative Assembly, Secretariat Building and the High Court plus four monuments Open Hand Monument, Geometric Hill, Tower of Shadows and the Martyrs Monument. Students also had the immense experience of having an inside view of the Punjab Legislative Assembly or the Punjab Vidhan Sabha. The session ended with gaining a lot of knowledge about the world heritage site.

YTC Members actively engaged in a Swachchta awareness rally, contributing to a cleaner environment. They pledged to "Travel for Life," promoting responsible and eco-friendly tourism. The Ministry of Tourism's initiative encouraged YTC members to support "Made in India" products. It aimed to foster a sense of pride in India's traditional craftsmanship. This event at Dilli Haat INA was a commendable step towards promoting cultural awareness, sustainable tourism, and supporting local craftsmanship.

The YTC members of the International Institute of Hotel Management (IIHM- Delhi) organized a significant event during World Tourism Week-2023. The event, a Graffiti Competition, was conducted under the banner of our "Yuva Tourism Club," and it brought together a diverse group of young students and enthusiasts to celebrate the spirit of tourism and cultural diversity. The Graffiti Competition took place today, and it was a part of our efforts to promote tourism awareness among the youth and engage them in creative activities related to tourism. The event was open to students from different years, and it aimed to encourage participants to express their vision of tourism through vibrant and eye-catching graffiti art. The participants displayed exceptional creativity and talent, producing stunning artworks that depicted various aspects of tourism, such as cultural heritage, natural beauty, and the importance of responsible tourism. The event was not only a visual treat for the spectators but also served as an educational platform where participants learned about the significance of sustainable tourism.

On 18th September 2023, Ministry of Tourism Govt of India, North organised a travel for Life pledge ceremony at the Govt. Degree College Kupwara (Boys) by the Yuva Tourism Club in collaboration of the NSS Unit of the college. The event was graced by the presence of Principal of the College, Professor Mohammad Shafi Lone, Lecturer Tourism and Travel Management Mr. Firdous Ahmad Shah NSS(Boys) wing coordinator & YTC coordinator, Dr. Abdul Rashid Shiekh, Dr. Shazia NSS(Girls) wing coordinator and other departments of the college. The Yuva Tourism Club of the college was deliberated upon the importance of Tourism and the Ethical Practices to be followed by the Travelers when they visit any tourist destination. Students and the Faculty Members took the pledge as directed by the Ministry of Tourism as a part of World tourism day week.

Under the aegis of Ministry of Tourism, Yuva Tourism Club of NC Jindal Public School, Punjabi Bagh, New Delhi, celebrated National Dance Day on 16th September . Talented students of YTC showcased their appreciation through dance sketches , A dazzling dance performance was given by yuva tourism club student Rishita Bagga on the theme "vasudhaiv Kutumbakam". Our Kathak experts also introduced Students with the movement of body in a rhythmic way, with music and within a given space, students learnt, dance is done for the purpose of expressing an idea or emotion, releasing energy, or simply taking delight in the movement itself.
