On 08th Oct 2023, Ministry of Tourism field office, Shimla (North) under Special Campaign- 3.0 collaborated with Yuva Tourism Club of Sambhota Tibetan School to organise nature trip and Swachhata Campaign to the Shimla water catchment area that aimed at promoting environmental awareness among students studying tourism in grades 11 and 12. The day began with an informative session about the importance of preserving water catchment areas and their role in tourism. Afterward, the students actively participated in a cleanliness drive, demonstrating their commitment to maintaining the ecological balance of the region.
