Suraj Bhan D.A.V. Public School Delhi

Rashtriya Ekta Diwas

The students and staff members of the Suraj Bhan D.A.V. Public School, Vasant Vihar have celebrated RASHTRIYA EKTA DIWAS today, on 31st. October, on the occasion of the birth anniversary of Sardar Vallabhbhai Patel. A special morning assembly had been organized to celebrate the occasion in which all the students and the staff members had taken the pledge on Rashtriya Ekta Diwas . A RUN FOR UNITY had also been organized by the Yuva Tourism Club of the school, at the school premise in which senior students had enthusiastically taken part.

Rashtriya Ekta Diwas

Rashtriya Ekta Divas was a celebrated in Central University of Haryana. On this Unity Day students as well as teachers took the pledge for Unity along with a speech through which the students came to know about the contribution of Sardar Vallabh Bhai Patel to the unity of India which was incredible. Dr Vivek Balyan, Convener, Yuva Tourism Club, Central University of Haryana also addressed all students on this occasion

Rashtriya Ekta Diwas

Hansraj Model school celebrated the birth anniversary of Sardar Vallabhbhai Patel as National Unity Day on 31 October 2023. This event’s objective being the reaffirmation of inherent strength and resilience of our nation, reminded everyone of the power of our nation’s greatest strength- unity in diversity. The energetic children accompanied by their teachers carried out a Run For Unity. During the school assembly, students remembered Sardar Patel and his contributions in India’s development.This was followed by pledge-taking of teachers and students appreciating the value of synergic effort rather than individual effort and preparing the young Hansarians to be the ambassadors of unity, peace and safety for the society.

Rashtriya Ekta Diwas

IHM Pusa, organized the "Run for Unity" event at PUSA Campus. This event commemorated the Birth Anniversary of Sardar Vallabhbhai Patel, a key figure in the national integration of independent India, and is observed as "Rashtriya Ekta Diwas". During the event, a Pledge was administered to reinforce the importance of national unity and integration, echoing the ideals championed by Sardar Vallabhbhai Patel. This served as a symbolic commitment to uphold the unity and integrity of the nation.

Kendriya Vidyalaya ITBP Gauchar Chamoli District Uttarakhand

Run for Unity Uttarakhand

On the occasion of Rashtriya Ekta Diwas, also known as National Unity Day, on October 31, 2023, the Yuva Tourism Club of Kendriya Vidyalaya ITBP Gauchar Chamoli District Uttarakhand organized a Run for Unity event. Students from all grades participated in the event, which began with a brief speech by the school Principal on the importance of national unity and the contributions of Sardar Vallabhbhai Patel, the Iron Man of India. The Run for Unity event was a resounding success. It was a great way to celebrate Rashtriya Ekta Diwas and to promote the message of national unity among students. The event also helped to raise awareness of the contributions of Sardar Vallabhbhai Patel to the nation.

Students from all grades participated in the event, which began with a brief speech by the school Principal on the importance of national unity and the contributions of Sardar Vallabhbhai Patel, the Iron Man of India. The Run for Unity event was a resounding success. It was a great way to celebrate Rashtriya Ekta Diwas and to promote the message of national unity among students. The event also helped to raise awareness of the contributions of Sardar Vallabhbhai Patel to the nation.

On the occasion of Rashtriya Ekta Diwas (National Unity Day) in collaboration with the Yuva Tourism Club, Centre for Hospitality and Tourism, Baba Ghulam Shah Badshah University Rajouri Jammu and Kashmir to observe the national unity day. The Ministry of Tourism Govt of India, Field office Srinagar (North) organised Run for Unity event in which students and faculty members participated, after the run unity pledge ceremony was organised to unite the nation in one, Students were also told about why Ekta Diwas is celebrated the birth anniversary of the Iron man of India Sardar Vallabhbhai Patel, students were delited to know the stories told by the teachers about Late Sardar Vallabhbhai Patel and his vision for a united and strong India. Those who were present on the occasion included Dr Danish Iqbal Raina, Deputy Director Centre for Hospitality and Tourism, Mr. Raveesh Sharma, Dr. Shahnawaz Chowdhury and Mr. Zakir Hussain faculty members of the Centre.

The principal of the college Mr. Shabir Ahmed, Coordinator & lecturer Mr. Vagish Mishra and other faculty members were also present in the pledge ceremony.
