World Environment Day
In observance of World Environment Day 2023, Tripura Institute of Technology, Agartala, Tripura celebrated the day by organizing an event in their college premises. The event started with the welcome speech given by the college Dean. Following the Dean's speech, faculty members presented their research and initiatives related to environmental conservation. Afterwards they had a plantation drive with the YUVA TOURISM CLUB members and ended with taking the pledge of Mission LiFE.

Government Degree College, Old Agartala, Tulakona, Jirania, West Tripura, celebrated the World Environment Day, synergized with Mission LiFE by organizing Cleanliness and Plantation Drive on 5th June, 2023. All the Faculty members along with the YUVA Tourism Club students participated in the Cleanliness and Plantation program at their college.

For World Environment Day, the students of classes IX & X of Vivekananda Kendra Vidyalaya (NEEPCO), brought some plants with the pots. They declared that they are going to take care of the plants for the entire session. The aim was to grow connection with the plants and take care of them.

For World Environment Day, the students of the classes of VI, VII & VIII did presentations on plants and trees. They prepared a chart by pasting the leaves which have some medicinal value or other benefits & write few sentences on it. The aim of this activity was to make everyone aware about the benefits of plants & trees around us.

World Environment Day
For World Environment Day, the students of YTC of Kendriya Vidyalaya (NEEPCO), Doyang did a presentation on vegetables for the classes of IV & V. For the presentation,the students prepared a chart by drawing a picture of any one vegetable and write its benefits. The aim of this activity was to make everyone aware about the benefits of eating vegetables.

Assam Rifles High School
International Day of Yoga
For the upcoming 9th International Day of Yoga, the YTC of Assam Rifles High School in Tuensang district of Nagaland organized a painting competition on 09th June, 2023. Students from various classes showcased their talents through colorful drawings. The drawings were judged on the basis of different components. Certificates & Trophies were distributed among the winners and participation certificates were given to all the participants.

Tree Plantation Drive on World Environment Day
The YTC of Assam Rifles High School in Tuensang Nagaland, organized a mass tree plantation drive.The purpose of this drive was to make people aware about the importance of trees in our life and to save the environment. A pledge was also taken by all the students. A demonstration on how to recycle the kitchen wastes such as vegetables and fruit peelings and eggshells to make manure was also conducted.
