On the occasion of "World No Tobacco Day" on 31.05.2023, St. Mary's Hr Sec School in Dimapur, Nagaland organised a PowerPoint Presentation competition on various topics related to the theme "We need food and not tobacco" and debate on "Ban of Tobacco sale near schools, Is it enough?" It was followed by Pledge and Signature campaign by the students.

In observance of World Environment Day 2023, Tripura Institute of Technology, Agartala, Tripura celebrated the day by organizing an event in their college premises. The event started with the welcome speech given by the college Dean. Following the Dean's speech, faculty members presented their research and initiatives related to environmental conservation. Afterwards they had a plantation drive with the YUVA TOURISM CLUB members and ended with taking the pledge of Mission LiFE.

They prepared a chart by pasting the leaves which have some medicinal value or other benefits & write few sentences on it. The aim of this activity was to make everyone aware about the benefits of plants & trees around us.

World Environment Day
For World Environment Day, the students of YTC of Kendriya Vidyalaya (NEEPCO), Doyang did a presentation on vegetables for the classes of IV & V. For the presentation,the students prepared a chart by drawing a picture of any one vegetable and write its benefits. The aim of this activity was to make everyone aware about the benefits of eating vegetables.
