The Toy Train Ride for 100 students was organized by Indiatourism Chennai in association with Travel Times India Pvt. Ltd., Chennai. The 100 students from Kendriya Vidyalaya Coimbatore participated in the above tour. Nilgiri Mountain Railway, a UNESCO World Heritage Site, offers an enchanting experience for school students through its toy train ride. In 2005, it was designated as a UNESCO World Heritage Site. This excursion provides experiential learning that complements classroom teachings, making education more engaging. All students received the certificates as a symbol of their commitment to responsible travel, along with WTD T Shirts, Caps and Souvenirs.
