Jawahar Navodaya Vidyalaya, Tehri Garhwal (Uttarakhand), organized a plantation drive by the students of the school. The drive was organized to create awareness about the importance of trees and to encourage the students to take care of the environment. The plantation drive was a success. The students were enthusiastic about planting trees and they took great care in planting them. The trees will help to improve the environment and will also provide a green and healthy environment for the students.
Uttarakhand view allShri Venkatsteshvar Mahavidhyala (SVM) Mohanpur,Tripura in association Tourism field office, Agartala, Ministry of Tourism, Government of India ,under the guidance of Regional Director (northeast region) organized a yoga session (morning) to celebrating the International Day of Yoga 2023 in their college premises. More than 60+ people participated in the yoga session including the Yuva Tourism Clubs members along with their teacher coordinator. Later, healthy refreshment was distributed to the participants.
Tripura view allYuva Tourism club students of ITITI–Doon Sanskriti School (Uttarakhand), along with the teachers, took part in planting trees in the campus of the school. Various types of trees sapling like southern silky-oak, moringa and plum were planted in the school premises. The teachers were asked to explain the importance of different trees to the students. The geography teachers explain the importance of trees and encouraged the students to plant more trees. The teachers guided the students on how to plant a sapling properly. Mr. Ritwik Vijay, Director, along with the teachers, also planted a jackfruit trees. He also talked about how planting trees helps to regulate the temperature and absorb all the carbon dioxide from the air. He also suggested that every student should at least plant a tree every year as it will help the world to fight against global warming. The teachers guided the students on how to plant a sapling properly.

Jindal Public School, Punjabi Bagh, New Delhi “Har Ghar Tiranga” Campaign to celebrate “Azadi ka Amrut Mahotsav” Vibrant Expression On the radiant morning of 11th August 2023, YUVA Tourism Club organized ‘Har Ghar Tiranga Campaign’, under the guidance of the principal, Mr. Deepak Dua, the club coordinator, Mr. K. K. Jha and the club in-charge, Mrs. Geetika Tanwar, to promote patriotism. The students were galvanized to upload their ‘selfie with Tiranga’ on the official tourism website to serve as a testament to the collective pride we take in our national identity and the rich diversity of our country and were given a certificate. They were motivated for a flock shot in the school premises. A poster making activity was held in all the classes of 6-12th. This came out to be a tremendous experience for all the students to discover a patriot in them.

The campaign took place under the able guidance of The Principal, Fr.
