Students from grade 6-10 have participated with full enthusiasm and awareness regarding tree plantation and its necessity for the upcoming generation related to ecological balance.

The occasion was #एक पेड़ मां के नाम #Plant4Mother drive by the faculty, students and guests at the Faculty of Arts, BHU, where in the plantation drive was undertaken. This drive was spearheaded by Sh. Pawas Prasoon,Assistant Director, Indiatourism Varanasi, Ministry of Tourism, Government of India who was the Chief Guest at the induction programme at BHU. He while planting the saplings called upon 1st year students to nurture the plants throughout their stay at BHU considering the special theme under which the drive was initiated.

Introduction In alignment with the guidelines set forth by India Tourism, Ministry of Tourism, Government of India, YTC successfully organized a heritage walk to Savitribai Phule Pune University, Pune, on 24 August 2024. Objective of the Heritage Walk The primary objective of the heritage walk was to familiarize participants with the historical significance, architectural beauty, and cultural heritage of Savitribai Phule Pune University. Public School, Vasant Vihar had organised a painting competition for the middle school (VI – VIII) and secondary wing (std. IX-X). The theme of the painting competition was – ‘India’s Achievement in Space Science’. About 500 students had enthusiastically participated in this competition and the output was spellbound.
