Telangana view allWorld Tourism Day Celebrations at Govt. Degree College for Women Begumpet. The celebrations kicked off with an Elocution competition, where students passionately expressed their thoughts on the year's tourism theme. This was followed by an Article Writing competition, which encouraged participants to reflect on how tourism can foster sustainable development. Creativity came to life in the Poster Making contest, where students showcased their artistic interpretations of tourism's role in environmental conservation and heritage preservation. A Quiz competition tested participants' knowledge of global tourism trends, landmarks, and cultural heritage, sparking excitement and learning. The day's activities concluded with a thought-provoking Debate, where students engaged in a lively discussion about the pros and cons of tourism in today's world. The World Tourism Day celebrations provided a platform for students to demonstrate their skills and deepen their understanding of the global impact of tourism, leaving everyone with a sense of pride and responsibility in promoting sustainable tourism practices.
Telangana view allThe Government School of Chail, in collaboration with the India Tourism Shimla Office, organized a poster-making competition on the theme of cleanliness. Students actively participated, promoting awareness about hygiene and environmental conservation. Following the competition, a lecture on the importance of sustainable tourism was delivered, highlighting its role in preserving natural resources and fostering responsible travel practices. To reinforce these values, a plantation drive was conducted, during which around 50 medicinal plants were planted by the students. The event successfully emphasized environmental responsibility and sustainable tourism, leaving a lasting impact on the participants and the local community.

Plant saplings were distributed to all participants to aware the students for conservation of environment under the Swachta hi seva campaign. Delhi view allYuva Tourism Club of Hansraj Model School, Punjabi Bagh organized a workshop on 'Menstrual Hygiene and Washroom Etiquettes' for Grade IX and X girls. The session emphasized the importance of menstrual hygiene, nutritious diets during this period, different sanitary products, and sustainable disposal methods. It also encouraged breaking taboos by discussing these topics openly and taught proper toilet etiquettes for maintaining clean public spaces. They designed e- posters highlighting the same theme which were placed in the school washrooms.
