Telugu Bhasha Dinostavam Celebrations

Yuva Tourism Club members and students of Roshni Ratnam E.M. High School, Nellore celebrated Telugu Language Day (Telugu Bhasha Dinostavam) on 29th August 2023. The day marks the birth anniversary of Sri Gidugu Venkata Ramamurthy, who popularized Telugu language among the common people by writing in a style that could be understood by all. Students recited poems from Mahabharata and enacted bhuvanavijayam drama.

Samskaar E.M. High School, Bhimavaram organized a awareness session on Sustainable Tourism for Yuva Tourism Club members and students. Club members were sensitized on Travel for LiFE actions 1. Plastic avoidance at tourist places 2. Supporting local businesses at tourist places and encouraged them to become a responsible travelers and explained its positive impacts on the environment & economy.

District Tourism Officer, Srikakulam sensitized on Travel for LiFE actions among the club members and encouraged them to become a responsible travelers and explained its positive impacts on the environment.

Plantation Drive

A plantation drive was done by Yuva Tourism Club members on 9th Aug . Conducting a plantation drive is a positive initiative that involves planting trees and other vegetation in a designated area in the college . On this occasion the Principal addressed the students "Plantation drives should be an often event as it addresses environmental concerns such as deforestation, habitat loss, and air pollution."

The Yuva Tourism Club Tagore School,Srikakulam witnessed the historic live streaming of soft landing of Chandrayaan-3. India's pursuit of space exploration reaches a remarkable milestone with the impending Chandrayaan-3 Mission This achievement marks a significant step forward for Indian Science, Engineering, Technology, and Industry, symbolising our nation's progress in space exploration.

Har Ghar Tiranga Campaign

On the occasion of the Har Ghar Tiranga (HGT) campaign, ITO Hyderabad and the Yuva Tourism Club of Shri Shakthi College of Hotel Management Hyderabad organized a Tiranga Walk in Khairtabad on 14th August 2023. Students distributed flags, created HGT rangoli and encouraged public to display National Flag flag at their homes. The event concluded with the Panch Pran Pledge and the National Anthem.
