Celebrating National Space Day
Celebrating National Space Day in style On 23rd August 2024, the Ministry of Tourism, Southern Region Office, Chennai organized an exciting visit to the B.M. Birla Planetarium for 50 enthusiastic Yuva Tourism Club students from Kendriya Vidyalaya Minambakkam, Chennai. The students had a blast exploring the wonders of astronomy and space science through interactive shows and galleries They even watched a fascinating show about our solar system. This visit was an incredible opportunity for these young minds to learn, grow, and get inspired by the magic of science and mathematics.

On 27th September 2024, auspicious event of World Tourism Day celebration and “Ek Bharat Shrestha Bharat" initiative, I.H.M. Ahmedabad YTC assisted in the organisation of Gujarati and Chhattisgarh a vibrant food festival. The event included dance performances representing both the states followed by Gujarati and Chhattisgarhi lunch. The event was attended by Hoteliers, School Principals of education institutions and Tourism industry stake holders. The festival fostered cultural exchange through, allowing participants to experience the culinary diversity of both states, promoting unity and enhancing tourism through a celebration of India’s rich food heritage.

Students of Indu IT School celebrated YTC Tourism club's initiative "Ek Paid Maa ke Naam " started by chief Minister of Chhattisgarh, Shri Vishnu Dev Sai. Student Members of tourism Club took pledge to protect environment & trees, they also recited slogans. Tree plantation was conducted at the School Garden( 50 plants were planted).

As part of its commitment to fostering a sustainable future, the incoming freshers’ Batch of IIIT NR, with enthusiastic support from the faculty, embarked on an inspiring environmental initiative. Together, they took the lead in promoting a sustainable environment by planting trees across the campus and surrounding areas. This collaborative effort not only contributed to the beautification of their new home but also played a crucial role in enhancing local biodiversity and reducing carbon footprints.

Ek Ped Maa Ke Naam plantation drive on 20 August 2024
Under the event ek ped maa ke naam at IHM RAIPUR tree plantation drive was organised to honour the nurturing spirit of mothers. Students and faculty members actively participated in planting saplings, each dedicated to the name of a mother. This initiative not only aimed to enhance the greenery on campus but also fostered on campus but also fostered a sense of environmental responsibility among the students.
