A seminar was taken on the occasion of World Tourism Day for Yuva Tourism Club of Central Tribal University, Vizianagaram and during the celebrations cultural dance of the region was showcased by the club members.

A total of 210 participants actively contributed to this event.

The event witnessed enthusiastic participation from the Yuva Tourism Club members, tourism stakeholders, officials of Karnataka Tourism, India Tourism, and local Guides, who collectively took the Travel for Life pledge to ensure the cleanliness and preservation of tourist sites. Additionally, a cleanliness drive was organized at Somnathpura Temple aiming to raise awareness about cleanliness and the vision of a garbage free city. A total of 100 participants, including members of the Yuva Tourism Club, tourism stakeholders, officials from Karnataka Tourism, India Tourism, and Guides actively contributed to the event.
