Introduction In alignment with the guidelines set forth by India Tourism, Ministry of Tourism, Government of India, YTC successfully organized a heritage walk to Savitribai Phule Pune University, Pune, on 24 August 2024. This event was part of a broader initiative to promote heritage tourism and educate participants about the rich cultural and historical significance of local landmarks. 2. Objective of the Heritage Walk The primary objective of the heritage walk was to familiarize participants with the historical significance, architectural beauty, and cultural heritage of Savitribai Phule Pune University. The walk aimed to provide an engaging and educational experience, fostering a deeper appreciation for the university’s historical legacy among the participants. 3. Throughout the walk, the guide provided detailed explanations of the architectural features, historical context, and the university’s role in the socio-cultural development of Pune. Indiatourism Delhi, Ministry of Tourism, organised activities on National Space Day for the students of Yuva Tourism Club of NC Jindal Public School, Punjabi Bagh on 23.8.2024. "National Space Day" to commemorate the historic success of the incredible Chandrayaan-3 Mission which accomplished a safe and soft landing of the Vikram Lander and deployed the Pragyaan rover on the lunar surface near the South Pole. To mark this achievement, Poster Making and Essay writing competitions were organised for the students on 23rd August 2024. Students showcased and honoured the extraordinary achievements of space missions and the wonders of the cosmos. A documentary film was also shown to the students, based on the space missions ,which inspired younger generations to pursue careers in science, Space and technology.
