International Museum Day Celebration
On the eve of international museums day i.e., on 18th May 2023, the Department of Tourism and Hospitality Management , ANU, has conducted a program with all faculty members and students as part of the YUVA Tourism Club to bring awareness about the role of museums, collection and preservation of our objects and materials of cultural with historical value. Museums are good source of learning relating to the cultural Heritage of people & the Nation.They are the treasure trove to preserve and promote our cultural heritage .

Sujatha High School
Heritage Museum Walk
Sujatha High School in association with Ministry of Tourism Hyderabad office organized a museum walk tour in Heritage Museum Gunfoundry. The Centenary Heritage Museum showcases terracotta, stucco, prehistoric, megalithic, and iron artifacts, early historic objects, temple sculptures and door-jambs collected from the submergence area of the Srisailam Project. Students carried Azadi Ka Amrit Mahotsav placards throughout the event. And the students are taken to the Museum tour and explained about the scultptures and various objects in the Museum.

2022 Navy Day celebrations
The members of the Yuva Tourism Club, Kendriya Vidyalaya Kavaratti visited INS Kavaratti Base on December 03, 2022 as part of Navy Day Celebrations. The officers explained about the usage and functioning of the weapons to the club members. A video highlighting the rescue operations of INS Kavaratti was also screened during the event. Navy posters were also distributed to the students.
