“Munshi Premchand Lamahi Mahotsov", 2023 under the banner of “Azadi Ka Amrit Mahostav”, “Incedibleindia” and “State Govt. Logo” cultural program, Nukkad Natak on ”Panch Parmeshwar” Played by YTC students based novel of Munshi Premchand on the occasion of 143 birthday anniversary of Munshi Premchand. Several cultural performances and programs organized by Regional Archaeological Office Varanasi, Department of Culture, Government of Uttar Pradesh and Indiatourism Varanasi supported and celebrated the 143 birth anniversary of Munshi Premchand, at Lamahi, Varanasi. Government, Department of Culture has been celebrated "Lamahi Mahotsov", 2023, Varanasi from 30 July to 31 July 2023. The two days workshop on ‘Vaibhavshali Junnarache Paryatan’ was organized by Samarth Group of Institutes College of Engineering Belhe on 22nd Feb and 23rd Feb 2024 in Engineering Seminar Hall and Visit at Shevneri Fort and Ambalika caves .The event aimed to promote and raise awareness about the significance of tourism in our global community. The two days workshop on ‘Vaibhavshali Junnarache Paryatan’ was divided into several sessions, each focusing on different aspects of Tourism.

Our College SGOI,COE, Belhe organized Cleanliness Drive under Swachhata hi Seva Programmed on the occasion of Mahatma Gandhi Jayanti. The main purpose of this programme was to create awareness among the students regarding Cleanliness and its benefits. Under this programme, all the students from Yuva Parytan Club to participated and Even teachers were the essential part of this drive. As a part of this Cleanliness Drive, we had to clean the premises of Rajuri (Unchakhadak).

Both undergraduate and graduate students from the School of Hospitality & Management enthusiastically joined the club. Discussions revolved around club activities, emphasizing sustainable travel practices, and exploring diverse opportunities within the tourism sector. Encouraged to participate in upcoming India Tourism Online quiz. The event concluded with taking Travel for Life Pledge, symbolizing the commitment to responsible and ethical travel practices.

Title: Report on Storytelling Competition Organized by Yuva Tourism Club Date: 20th February 2024 Organized by: Yuva Tourism Club Total Participants: 20 Results: 1st Rank: Vishal Gopal Digha 2nd Rank: Sneha Janu Tople 3rd Rank: Nikita Govind Navale Guidance: The competition was conducted under the valuable guidance of the college Principal, Dr. M.R. Meshram, and Vice Principal, Dr. S.S. Kadam. Their support and encouragement played a significant role in the success of the event. Coordination: The coordination of the competition was handled efficiently by Prof. M.D. Jadhav, ensuring smooth execution and fair judgment throughout the event. Conclusion: The storytelling competition was a resounding success, with 20 participants showcasing their talent and creativity. Congratulations to Vishal Gopal Digha, Sneha Janu Tople, and Nikita Govind Navale for securing the top ranks. Such events not only provide a platform for students to exhibit their storytelling skills but also promote cultural exchange and camaraderie among participants.

Honorable Union Minister of Tourism, Culture and DoNER, Shri G. Kishan Reddy graced the event as a chief guest of cultural program “Sanskritik Virasat Spardha” 2023. Under the joint aegis of INTACH Varanasi Chapter, India Tourism Varanasi and Sunbeam School Varuna, a cultural program “Sanskritik Virasat Spardha”:- Rang, Raag and Abhinay” was organized grandly. In the program, about 600 students from about 40 schools associated with the "Yuva Tourism Club" showcased their talents in total 6 different fields of rang, raag, taal, abhinay and crafts etc. Honorable Union Minister of Tourism, Culture and DoNER, Shri G. Kishan Reddy distributed the trophies to the winning schools in the premises of Sunbeam School, Varuna. Hon'ble Union Minister appealed to all the schools to give maximum encouragement to the program of the Hon'ble Prime Minister's Dream Project Yuva Tourism Club and take the cooperation of India Tourism for taking the youth on tour to 15 selected places. Convenor of INTACH Varanasi Chapter Mr. Ashok Kapoor, Chairman of Sunbeam Group of Schools Mr. Deepak Madhok and Assistant Director of India Tourism Varanasi Mr. Amit Gupta honored the Honorable Tourism,Culture and DoNER Minister by giving bouquets, angavastram and mementos. The Vasant Vanottsav program was a celebration that embraced the beauty of nature through various activities and games. It offered a platform for participants to engage with nature in creative and interactive ways. The program featured a diverse range of activities such as natural painting, where individuals could express their artistic talents using materials sourced directly from the environment. Floral drinks allowed participants to enjoy refreshing beverages made from natural ingredients found in plants, connecting them with the essence of nature. Another highlight of the event was the use of natural colors in games like Pushp Paheli, a form of charades based on plants, which not only entertained but also educated about the botanical world. "Taste Your Sense" was a sensory activity that heightened awareness of nature through taste, encouraging participants to explore flavors derived from plants. In the game "Play and Win," participants engaged in a fun challenge where they aimed to toss a ring onto a designated spot to win a potted plant, reinforcing the bond between individuals and nature. Moreover, the program featured special talks by esteemed individuals who discussed the connection between Gujarati literature and nature or plants. These discussions offered insight into how literature reflected the profound relationship between humans and the natural world, emphasizing themes of reverence, stewardship, and harmony. Overall, the Vasant Vanottsav program served as a platform for fostering appreciation, understanding, and connection with nature through various engaging activities and meaningful discussions, enriching the cultural landscape while promoting environmental consciousness.

The event aimed to instill in young minds the importance of national unity and cultural diversity.Adorned in traditional attire, the students radiated enthusiasm throughout the program. The school campus came alive with decorations reflecting the rich tapestry of India's diverse cultures. Colorful rangoli designs, informative posters, and patriotic slogans adorned the hallways, fostering a sense of national pride. The celebration of Unity Day by the Yuva Tourism Club of Kendriya Vidyalaya Haldwani was a resounding success. The event not only fostered a sense of national pride and unity among the students but also instilled in them the values of tolerance, respect, and appreciation for cultural diversity. As young ambassadors of tourism, the students are now better equipped to promote India's rich heritage and cultural diversity on a national and international platform.
