An Educational Trip to Sariska was organized for Yuva Tourism Club students of Indian Institute of Tourism & Travel Management, Noida on 29th February and 1st March 2024 by the Ministry of Tourism, GoI. It was a great opportunity for the students to learn about the rich history and culture of Alwar. The students visited City Palace, Government Museum, Moosi Maharani ki Chatri, Siliserh Lake. The students enjoyed the local delicacy Kadhi Kachori and Milk Cake popularly known as Kalakand. On 1st March students visited Sariska National Park where they got to see the rich biodiversity of Sariska. They got a chance to encounter a leopard on tree and one tiger named Yuvraj and tigress named Bina. It was a rare sighting. They also spotted crocodile, sambhar deer, marsh crocodile and various species of birds. Through this visit students developed a great sense of appreciation for the beauty and uniqueness of natural landscape and rich wildlife of Sariska and take great pride in our rich heritage.
