On the occasion of the International Day of Yoga, which was celebrated on June 21, 2023, a yoga session was conducted for the students and faculty members of GMSSSS School. The session aimed to promote the practice of yoga and its numerous benefits for physical and mental well-being. The yoga session took place in a serene environment, with a designated area set up for the participants. The session began with a warm welcome and introduction to the significance of International Day of Yoga. The participants were encouraged to embrace the practice of yoga as a means to lead a healthy and balanced lifestyle. A qualified and experienced yoga instructor led the session, guiding the participants through a series of yoga asanas (postures) and pranayama (breathing exercises). The asanas focused on improving flexibility, strength, and posture, while the pranayama exercises aimed to calm the mind and enhance concentration.
