The inauguration of the Yuva Tourism club was held at St. Thomas School, Shimla Himachal Pradesh, which saw a total of 35 students registering for the club. The Yuva Tourism club aims to provide students with knowledge about India's rich cultural heritage and the state of Himachal Pradesh, a famous tourist destination. Furthermore, the club was addressed with a presentation of Himachal Tourism and Career prospects in Tourism and Travel Industry. With India's tourism industry growing rapidly, the sector offers vast opportunities for employment, both in the private and public sectors. The Ministry of Tourism has also taken several initiatives to promote tourism in India, such as developing new tourist circuits, promoting eco-tourism, and creating new tourism infrastructure. In conclusion, the inauguration of the Yuva Tourism club is a step towards promoting tourism knowledge among students, which is essential for the growth of the tourism industry in India. The club's activities will not only help students develop a better understanding of the country's cultural diversity but also provide them with insights into the vast career opportunities available in the tourism industry.
