The programme was inaugurated by Mr. Sooraj Shaji, IAS Sub Collector, Alappuzha, along with food safety department officials. The faculty coordinator were HoD Harikrishnan R and Mr. Jophy Jose and Mr. Gopak Umar C G. This Workshop was delivered by Mrs. Hemambika, Nodal Food Safety Officer, Alappuzha.
