On 2nd October 2025, Kendriya Vidyalaya, Annanagar, Chennai organized a Cleanliness Drive in the school campus as part of Swachh Bharat Diwas. Around 50 NCC, Scouts & Guides students participated enthusiastically in the drive and took out a rally within the GPRA Campus, Thirumangalam, Chennai, spreading awareness on cleanliness and civic responsibility. Indiatourism Chennai joined the initiative and encouraged the students by distributing participation certificates and Incredible India souvenirs. Held under the framework of Special Campaign 5.0, the program paid tribute to Mahatma Gandhi’s vision of a clean India and inspired young students to embrace cleanliness as a civic duty.
