Bhramanti Yuva Tourism Club and Aarogya Fitness Club of Goa College of Home Science, Campal Panaji organized the Yoga session on International Yoga Day dated June 21, 2023. Dr. Pankaj Sainekar was the Resource Person. He is QCI Level 3 certified; Ayush Ministry, Govt of India and Master resource person in yoga for all govt primary schools in Goa. He also holds Five world records in yoga(Surya Namaskar) Three are performing surya namaskar from sunrise to sunset. Two are performing surya namaskar from sunrise to sunrise. This year's theme for international yoga was "Vasudhaiva Kutumbakam". 25 Members of Yuva tourism club along with teaching and non-teaching staff participated in the yoga session. Everyone felt that the session was very refreshing & relaxing for the body as well as for their mind.
