The Yuva Tourism Club of Government Degree College Ramgarh, Nainital Uttarakhand, played a vital role in the Swachh Bharat Abhiyan with their "Swachhata Hi Seva" initiative. The students, driven by their passion for environmental conservation, embarked on a comprehensive cleanliness drive that aimed to make a tangible impact on their community. The initiative involved a thorough cleanup of local public spaces, including parks, roadsides, and public facilities. The students diligently collected waste, removed debris, and ensured that these areas were restored to their former cleanliness. Beyond the physical cleanup, the Yuva Tourism Club also focused on raising awareness about environmental issues and the importance of cleanliness. They conducted educational campaigns, distributed informative materials, and organized workshops to educate the community about the detrimental effects of pollution and the benefits of sustainable practices. By fostering a sense of responsibility and encouraging active participation, the students hoped to inspire others to join the cause and contribute to a cleaner and healthier India.
