Indiatourism Patna, Ministry of Tourism, Government of India organised successfully the “Sit & Draw Competition”on 23rd August, 2023 in collabortion with the Yuva Tourism Clubs of Bihar with following the theme “Monuments of India” to show the diverse and rich cultural Heritages of our Country India. The “Sit & Draw Competition” was held in Kendriya Vidalaya, Kankarbagh, Patna to create tourism awareness among the members. In these participants three winners were chosen by the respective arts teachers of the school. The three winners have been awarded by Incredible India momento. The participation certificates have also been given to all the participants for encouragement to promote the tourism in India. On this occasion the official of Indiatourism Patna has also briefed to the Yuva Tourism Club members about tourism awareness. There were around 40 Yuva Tourism Club members participated in this competition and getting the tourism awareness about our country. We congratulate each and every competitor as well as the competition’s winners too.

As a preparoty event for "World Tourism Day 2023" - Ministry of Tourism, Bhubaneswar Office organized Educational Tour to Sun Temple, Konark :UNESCO World Heritage Site for Yuva Tourism Club students of Laxman Lenka, High School, Arada on 22.07.2023 Students were briefed regarding the history and architecture of Sun Temple, Konark and also visited the interpretation centre. Students gained practical knowledge about the UNESCO World Heritage Site and it's importance.

For students in schools and institutions in the Eastern Regional States, the Ministry of Tourism, Government of India Eastern Regional Office in Kolkata, in collaboration with the Yuva Tourism Clubs of Eastern Region, is organising a variety of competitions and activities. The SIT & DRAW_TRAVEL FOR LIFE competition was held in the school on July 20th, and 17 kids from Shri Shikshayatan School took part. The students participated with enthusiasm, and among the participants, three winners were chosen by the respective teachers. We congratulate each and every competitor as well as the competition's winners.

For students attending schools and institutions in the Eastern Regional States, the Ministry of Tourism, Government of India, Eastern Regional Office in Kolkata, in collaboration with the Yuva Tourism Clubs of Eastern Region, is organizing a variety of competitions and activities. on 12th July 2023, more than 50 enthusiastic students participated in the "Sit and Draw Competition on Travel for LIFE" that was organized at the Kendriya Vidyalaya, Ballygunge. The best three drawings from each group were chosen as the winners, and they would receive gifts from the Indian government's Ministry of Tourism, Eastern Regional Office in Kolkata. We congratulate each and every contestant as well as the winners.

Ministry of Tourism, Government of India Eastern Regional Office Kolkata in association with the Yuva Tourism Clubs of Eastern Region are organising various competitions and activities for students of schools and Institutions of Eastern Regional States. On 12th July 2023, one of such competitions was held at the India International School, Bardhaman where the 'Sit and Draw Competition on Travel for LiFE’ was organised, with 112 students participating. Among them, top three drawings were selected as the winners who will get prizes from Eastern Regional Office Kolkata, Ministry of Tourism, Government of India. Government of India, Ministry of Tourism, Eastern Regional Office, Kolkata celebrated International Day of Yoga 2023 in association with Victoria Memorial Hall at its premises on 21.06.2023. Yoga for Vasudhaiva Kutumbakam, this year's International Day of Yoga 2023 theme, symbolises our united ambition for "One Earth, One Family, One Future." The Honourable Governor of West Bengal, Dr. C. V. Ananda Bose, was present, which significantly raised the event's stature. Mentor Yogacharya Mary Cecil led the yoga session where more than 1000 Yuva Tourism Club Members, students and teachers from 250 schools and institutions from all around West Bengal gathered.

In continuation of Van Mahotsav 2023 Ministry of Tourism, Bhubaneswar Office organized Environment Protection Walk on 03.07.2023 with Yuva Tourism Club students of Sankhatras Govt High School, Cuttack. Students walked through the village saying slogans and creating awareness among the villagers and shopkeepers. MERI Life pledge was also undertaken by the 100 students who participated in the event.
