India Tourism, Field Office Jharkhand urged to share the Best Sustainable Practices followed by the individuals, different Institute and YTC members of Jharkhand. We have received enthusiastic responses from the individuals as well as different Institutes including ISM Ranchi, M.G.M School, Bokaro, D.A.V Public School, Sindri, Dhanbad. Few Glimpses are as follows: On the occasion of World Environment Day, the YTC Students of M.G.M School Bokaro, practiced several ways of sustainability like cleanliness drive, donation and upcycling old clothes, cycling, plantation and the students also made poster which shows the importance of a healthy environment.
Jharkhand view allOn the occasion of World Environment Day 2023, Ministry of Tourism, Bhubaneswar Office organized a day long event on 05.06.2023 at Konark. In the 1st session, Yuva Tourism Club students undertook the "Travel for Life" Pledge and Yoga session was organized at Nature Camp, Konark. In the 2nd Session, Kayaking activity was organized for tourism stakeholders at Kushabhadra river, Konark and "Nature Walk" at Balukhand Wildlife Sanctuary Konark was organized to promote "Fit Traveller Campaign". In the 3rd session, " Clean Destination Drive" was organized at Blue Flag Beach, Chandrabhaga. YTC students sensitized the tourists and local vendors to keep environment clean at tourist destinations and eco friendly dustbin bags were distributed.

West Bengal view allOn the occasion of Telangana formation day, India Tourism Hyderabad office set up a Tourism Exhibition center at Golconda fort from 2nd to 3rd June, 2023. India Tourism Hyderabad promoted Yuva Tourism Clubs, destinations of Telangana, Namaste World campaign and Travel for life campaign of Ministry of Tourism. Yuva Tourism Club members from various schools visited the stall to collect the information on various tourist destinations. The students also visited the photo& painting exhibition on ASI Monuments organized by ASI Hyderabad Circle.
Telangana view allAs a part of Telangana formation day celebrations on 2nd June 2023, Ministry of Culture & ASI Hyderabad circle organised a painting competition on the topic 'QilaAurKahaniya ' for school children in the Rani Mahal of Golconda Fort. Yuva Tourism Club students of Safdaria Girls High School, Gnana Saraswati School, St' Patric School, Sloka International school along with other school children actively participated and drew the magnificent fortress of Golconda. The students have explored the ruins of palaces, mosques, majestic halls, mounted cannos and a hill top Pavillion etc. Participation certificates and drawing kits are presented to all participants.
