On the occasion of World Hindi Day, the Yuva Tourism Club, IIIT Naya Raipur has successfully hosted an event named Masti Ki Mehfil at IIIT Naya Raipur. The occasion featured an informative session on the significance of World Hindi Day, accompanied by fun and engaging games. These included, Hindi Paheliya (Riddles), Hindi tongue twisters, English to Hindi word translation game and a quiz game at the end. The participants have shown enthusiasm in testing their command and knowledge of Hindi and its significance in daily life and culture.

City Center Mall, Nashik Tour Summary: On February 8, 2024, the Yuva Tourism Club organized an educational Tour for 39 students and four staff along with the guidance of Principal Dr. M.R. Meshram and Vice-Principal Dr. S.S. Kadam. The Tour aimed to provide students with practical exposure to various historical and cultural tourist places. The journey commenced with a visit to the Shanti Krishna Museum of Money and History, where students had the opportunity to explore the exhibits and learn about the evolution of currency and historical artifacts related to finance. Next, the group proceeded to the Gokhale Education Society Campus in Nashik, The itinerary also included visits to the Yashwantrao Chavan Planetarium, Pandav Leni, Dadasaheb Phalke Smarak, and the City Center Mall in Nashik, offering students a diverse range of educational, cultural, and recreational experiences. Overall, the Tour was a resounding success, providing students with valuable insights, practical knowledge, and memorable experiences beyond the confines of the classroom. Special thanks to the Ms.Satarupa Datta, Assistant director, India tourism Mumbai, Principal Dr. M.R. Meshram and Vice-Principal Dr. S.S. Kadam for their guidance and staff members, Prof.Vikrant Chandanshive, Prof. Mahendra D. Jadhav, Prof. Pratap Deore, and Prof. Sudhir Bhoir, for their support throughout the excursion.

Report on Educational Excursion to Heritage walk at Raipur Chhattisgarh Members of YUVA Tourism Club along with other students of KV Cisf Bhilai went for a heritage walk to capital city Raipur ,Chhattisgarh on 9/2/24 under the leadership of Mrs Bhubaneshwari Principal of the Vidyalaya and Dr. Pankaj Shukla convenor of the club. The students went to Mahal wali maazar which was built after demolition of palace . There after students walked and reached Dattatreya temple and took blessings of the lord. Thereafter a walk led them to Narsinh temple where there were two forms of lord Vishnu , in two garbha griha for the king and queen separately. There was shree yantra in stone which was considered a positive location for meditation . This was known to instil positivity and energy in sages meditating there.Then a walk led the students Students enjoyed and observed carefully what they till now seen on television or have read in books. All this was well explained by the archeologist Mr Trivedi who accompanied the students for the walk. This was followed by visit to Vivekanand Sarovar where Students had discussions with the archeologist Mr Trivedi and enjoyed their lunch . Finally they thanked and bid farewell to the organisers Mr Mayank Dubey and madam Sharma of YUVA Tourism Club Chhattisgarh division and returned to Vidyalaya with life time memories .

Report on Educational Excursion to Vidhan Sabha Chhattisgarh Members of YUVA Tourism Club along with other students of KV Cisf Bhilai went to Vidhan Sabha Chhattisgarh on 8/2/24 under the leadership of Mrs Bhubaneshwari Principal of the Vidyalaya and Dr. Pankaj Shukla convenor of the club. The students observed the proceedings of the Vidhan Sabha after going through strenuous security check. Students enjoyed and observed carefully what they till now seen on television or have read in books. This was followed by visit to central library and central hall which has oil paintings of national leaders . Students thereafter enjoyed their lunch and bid farewell to Vidhan Sabha and returned to Vidyalaya with life time memories .

Paryatan 2k24 was a vibrant and successful 2 Day inter-college fest, showcasing the talent and participation of numerous colleges was organized under the leadership of Dr. Vanishree C T, Chairperson, Department of Travel and Tourism, Sharnbasva University. The collaboration with the Ministry of Tourism, Bengaluru office, and Yuva Tourism Club Karnataka Chapter added a valuable dimension to the event. It's great to see the involvement and coordination of MBA-TT and BBA-TT students in managing and coordinating the fest. The participation of 10 PU Colleges and 12 Degree Colleges indicates a significant turnout, and the diverse range of events organized for both PU College and Degree students provided a platform for showcasing various skills and talents. The inauguration ceremony on the eve of National Tourism Day 2024, celebrated in presence of Ms. Fauzia Taranum, IAS, Deputy Commissioner Kalaburagi, Dr. Alok C Patil as chief guests, presided by Sri Basavaraj Deshmukh Secretary Sharnbasveshwar Vidya Vardhaka Sangha along with Dr. V D Mytri, Pro chancellor, Sharnbasva University, Dr. Anilkumar Bidve, Registrar, Sharnbasva University, Dr. Lakshmi Patil Maka Dean, Sharnbasva University, Dr. S G Dollegoudar added prestige to the event. The convocation song, inspirational remarks, and the presidential remark contributed to the ceremonial atmosphere. The inclusion of sports and literary events, as well as cultural performances like the Rap Song and The Band Swara Sangeet, added entertainment and diversity to the fest. It's commendable that the fest aimed not only at academic events but also at providing a holistic experience for the participants. The valedictory function on January 31, with the presence of Dr. S H Honnalli, Dr. Shashikant, Dr. Ravi Awanti, Dr. Shilpa, and Dr. Archana, marked the conclusion of the event. The prize distribution highlighted the recognition of participants' efforts and contributions. Overall, Paryatan 2k24 appears to have been a well-organized and engaging fest, bringing together students, faculty, and guests to celebrate and showcase the diverse talents within the academic community.

The selected students of Class 7th, Section A, B, C, D are taken to the Industrial tour at the Industrial estate where children learnt different areas of an industry where the marbles are manufactured. They also got a chance to visit the Ice Cream factory and enjoyed savoring the ice creams.

Ministry of Tourism, Government of India, Bengaluru office in collaboration with the Department of Tourism Studies, Karnataka University organized the intercollegiate tourism event "SARTHAVAHA 2024" from 3-5 January 2024. Students from various universities in Dharwad and Hubli including members of Yuva Tourism Clubs participated in the event.Over the course of a 3 day event, a diverse range of activities was organized for students, including elocution competitions, quiz competitions, poster making competitions, cultural events showcasing regional dances and music, a thrilling treasure hunt etc. Ministry of Tourism Bengaluru office actively promoted its major initiatives throughout the event, such as the Yuva Tourism Club, the Travel for Life campaign, Incredible India Tourist Facilitator Course etc.The event was graced by the presence of distinguished guests including the Hon'ble Minister for Women and Child Development, Government of Karnataka, Vice Chancellor of Karnataka University, eminent singers and other public representatives. More than 2000 students from various colleges attended the event.
